West Coast Choppers had a sale on their CFL (Choppers For Life) frame kits for 999.00. The frame kit consisted of the axle, battery box, oil tank, rear axle covers, and front neck badge. I've liked the CFL since I first saw them a couple years back and for that price I couldn't resist, so I ordered one. I also ordered a set of 6" riders. I ordered the frame in July 2005. This was a very popular sale, so it took 14 months for the frame to show up at my house!

I wanted to keep this build on the cheaper side so I started searching through Internet swap pages such as The Horse Backstreet Choppers Swap Meet, The Terry Zone and eBay

Terry-Zone is where I found this 3 gallon Sporty tank. Trust me, with my experiences on my Triumph chop and the tiny prism I had, I learned I need a bigger tank.

This frame will take a 180 or a 200 rear tire. I decided to go with a 180 I got on eBay. It's an Avon. These aren't the wheels I am using. I decided to go with a set of Testament wheels from Southern Motorcycle Works

Here is a 2+ DNA springer I picked up off eBay.

I decided not to go with the DNA and ordered a custom springer from Pearson Customs. This springer is BADASS!!! It's well made and Chad is a pleasure to work with. I think I might order another one for my Triumph.
I'll have better pics when i can roll it outside and the sun is shining.
